About Gianna Ricciardi
Gianna Ricciardi graduated with a BComm from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business and soon went on to obtain her license to sell group insurance plans. Since then, she has also obtained the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation through Dalhousie University.
As Account Manager at Great-West Life, her main responsibility was to promote the sale of Selectpac group insurance plans. Her role also required her to stay abreast of all industry changes and remain a technical product specialist to which advisors could seek expert advice.
As Senior Associate at Mercer, Gianna manages client relationships from the marketing of their group insurance plan, through implementation, employee communication, renewal and servicing.
As author of 360º of Group Insurance, Gianna’s main objective is to make group insurance easy to understand. It is also with that perspective in mind that she teaches Building a Group Insurance Proposal.
Gianna is committed to offering quality training which will help advisors build prosperous careers in the group insurance industry.
